Tadeusz's Story

Tadeusz has been attending Job Club and Workshops for a year. In this time he has greatly improved his ability to apply for jobs online using a computer independently. He has also benefited from attending employability workshops to help improve his chances of gaining employment. 

Tadeusz is very motivated ad determine to find a suitable job. He has had a very good attendance record on the project.

Tadeusz also enjoyed his 2 weeks work experience at British Heart Foundation Furniture and Electrical store in Bradford. He found that this helped his confidence, self esteem and also improved his communication skills. Tadeusz agreed that doing work experience gave him the ability to get back into a work routine, making him strive do do better for himself.
