Introduction to 30 Year Messages

This year we are marking 30 years of QED Foundation. In 1990 QED was set to increase the representation ethnic minorities into all walks of life in Britain. We have directly trained 35,000 people towards employment, self-employment or into further education and training. Indirectly, we have supported many more people by supporting over 1000 senior managers of public and private sector companies to develop knowledge, networks and skills to recruit ,retain  and develop an ethnically diverse workforce throughout the country.

A large number of people from sectors of society have given us advice, support and encouragement  during these three decades. I am grateful to them and pleased to have received some  great and encouraging messages on our 30th Anniversary. I hope you enjoy listening to them too.
