Dr Mohammed Ali OBE, founder and chief executive of QED Foundation, sharing his experience of addressing employment challenges facing ethnic minorities at the Race, Employment and Inequality: Addressing the disparity in outcomes, at Labour Party Conference ERSA Private Roundtable, on Monday 24 September in Liverpool.
The event was chaired by Kirsty McHugh, Chief Executive of Employment Related Services Association ( ERSA). Speakers included Naz Shah MP, Shadow Minister for Equalities, leaders of various councils , business leaders and employment support agencies.
