QED-UK - helping to improve the circumstances of disadvantaged South Asian communities in the UK

Good afternoon ...  and welcome to QED-UK.

Thank you for taking time to visit our website.

Our Vision

I founded QED-UK in 1990 to work towards a harmonious and cohesive society in which opportunity is not dependent on ethnic origin, race, religion or gender.

Our Mission

QED-UK is committed to help realise this Vision by becoming the UK's leading ethnic minority focused education, employment and training provider.

Our Strategic Objectives

Here at QED-UK, we give priority to six key strategic objectives to succeed in our Mission.

  • To campaign and to influence policies and practices of public, private and the mainstream voluntary sectors.
  • To provide successful education and employability skills training and development for individuals.
  • To find sustainable employment for disadvantaged communities through our successful employment agency (Q4Jobs).
  • Help employers to develop a more diverse workforce.
  • Provide ethnic minority focused diversity consultancy service to public, private and the voluntary sectors.
  • Build the capacity of grass root community groups.

Our Values

QED-UK holds these as its core values: equality of treatment and inclusivity; passion in all we do; delivering positive experiences; respect and empowerment.
